1. App and account

RunOutNow helps you dress for a run based on the weather. Forecasts work without an account. Enter the code sent to your email to create or access your account in the app. Keep codes private. Apple’s standard agreement governs the app license; your statutory rights remain.

2. Pro subscription

Pro is optional. Features, subscription length and price are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the terms shown in Apple’s purchase sheet.

Your subscription is linked to the RunOutNow account used to purchase. Access follows purchase verification. If pending, use Check again or Restore purchases. Restoring requires the same RunOutNow account and Apple Account used for purchase.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal in Apple’s subscription settings before the next charge, following Apple’s deadlines. Access normally continues through the paid period unless refunded or revoked. Apple reviews refund requests under its policies.

4. Data and account deletion

Find the Privacy policy and Delete account in Settings. Deletion is permanent: the journal and personalization are removed; purchase records remain as described in the policy.

Deleting your account or the app does not stop Apple billing. Cancel renewal to stop paying. A purchase cannot restore a deleted account or automatically transfer to a new one, even with the same email.

5. Support and changes

For app and account support, email runoutnow@icloud.com. Contact Apple about its billing and refunds. Changes appear with a revised date; statutory rights and existing purchase terms remain in effect.
