Terms of use
RunOutNow service and Pro subscription. Updated October 6, 2026.
1. App and account
RunOutNow helps you dress for a run based on the weather. Forecasts work without an account. Enter the code sent to your email to create or access your account in the app. Keep codes private. On iOS, Apple’s Standard License Agreement applies to the app license. On Android, use of RunOutNow is governed by these terms and applicable Google Play terms. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unchanged.

RunOutNow is a fitness and weather aid. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or medical treatment, or cure or prevent disease. For medical questions, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Follow official weather warnings and consider your health and the conditions around you before running.
2. Pro subscription
Pro is optional. Its features, billing period and localized price are shown before you subscribe. Google Play handles Android store purchases; Apple handles iOS store purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel renewal with the billing store. A pending payment does not activate Pro.
The subscription is linked to the RunOutNow account used at purchase and access follows store verification. If you subscribe while signed out, the app creates a guest account without requiring an email. Restore purchases can recover that guest account using the store account that purchased the subscription. If you originally purchased from an account created with an email, sign in to that RunOutNow account as well. You can optionally add an email to a guest account in Settings.
If verification is interrupted, use Restore purchases or check again later. Purchases cannot be freely moved between RunOutNow accounts or billing providers. Deleting an account does not cancel billing and does not preserve the deleted journal.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal before the next charge through the store that bills you. Access normally continues until the paid period ends, unless the purchase is refunded, revoked or suspended. Billing recovery, grace periods and refunds follow the store’s rules and applicable law. Deleting RunOutNow or its account does not cancel renewal.
4. Data and account deletion
Find the Privacy policy and Delete account in Settings. Deletion is permanent: the journal and personalization are removed; purchase records remain as described in the policy.
Deletion does not recover the old account or transfer a purchase automatically to a new one, even when the same email is used. Restore purchases may offer to link an eligible active purchase to a fresh guest account after your explicit confirmation. Deleted profile and journal data are not restored. You can also request deletion through run-out-now.com/delete-account/.
5. Support and changes
For subscription management and refund instructions, contact Google Play or Apple according to the store that bills you. For missing Pro access or account questions, email support@run-out-now.com. Changes appear with a revised date; statutory rights and existing purchase terms remain in effect.
