To help us understand a problem, include your device, app or browser version, what you were trying to do and what happened. A screenshot can help. Please don’t send sign-in codes or payment details.
Apple subscriptions and purchases
You can manage your Apple subscriptions or request a refund from Apple. Deleting your RunOutNow account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
If Pro access is missing, use Restore purchases in the app with the same RunOutNow account and Apple Account used for purchase.
