To help us understand a problem, include your device, app version, what you were trying to do and what happened. A screenshot can help. Please don’t send sign-in codes or payment details.

Apple subscriptions and purchases

You can manage your Apple subscriptions or request a refund from Apple. Deleting your RunOutNow account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

If Pro access is missing, use Restore purchases in the app with the same RunOutNow account and Apple Account used for purchase.

Google Play subscriptions and purchases

Manage or cancel your Google Play subscription at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. For refunds, use Google Play refund help. Deleting your RunOutNow account or uninstalling the app does not cancel renewal.

If Pro is missing, use Restore purchases with the Google account that purchased it. If you originally purchased from an email account, sign in to that RunOutNow account too. For an account originally created as a guest, Restore purchases can recover it.

Your account and data

On Android and iOS, account deletion is available in Settings. You can also request deletion without the app through our Delete account page. For details, read our Privacy policy and Terms of use.
